The Savour Series: A Winter Journey Through the Europe
From November through March, 350 Farms transforms into a passport for your palate — a slow, soul-warming journey through Belgium, the French Alps, and Switzerland. Each evening in the Savour Series invites you to gather around the table for a different Alpine tradition — intimate, authentic, and rooted in the comforting simplicity of winter cuisine.
The Journey
Our Savour Series features five distinct evenings — each inspired by the regions that shaped European mountain fare:
🇨🇭: Raclette – The Swiss Way Experience raclette as it was meant to be: a half-wheel of melting cheese, scraped directly onto roasted potatoes, cured meats, and pickled vegetables. A rustic meal born from the slopes, shared in the glow of the fire.

November 28th - Cooking Class
The Art of Duck Learn to create a French-inspired three-course dinner featuring duck fat crostini with caramelized onion jam, pan-seared duck breast with cognac cream sauce and fondant potatoes, and a decadent dark chocolate mousse. A hands-on, small-group class designed for those who love to cook, taste, and linger over good food and wine. Class length is 2.5-3 hours

Tartiflette Dinner A cozy Alpine evening featuring a three-course menu with appetizer, dessert, and your choice of wine or beer. The star of the night — classic Tartiflette — layers tender potatoes, smoky bacon, caramelized onions, and creamy Reblochon cheese into pure, melt-in-your-mouth comfort. A taste of the French Alps, served fireside and made to share.

Journey to the heart of French-speaking Belgium with a four-course celebration of tradition. Begin with a Kunekune bacon-wrapped brie amuse-bouche, kissed with honey and rosemary, followed by a pastry wrapped rosemary-garlic sausage served over greens and cranberry compote. The main course features a classic Belgian carbonade — slow-braised beef and pork in dark ale and Liege sirop — served over garlic potatoes and duck-fat asparagus. A 7-course Alpine-inspired tasting dinner that unfolds one surprise at a time — crafted from the season’s best ingredients and a touch of mountain magic.
