Whether you’re here for a winter glamping retreat, a chef-led dinner, or brunch in the barn, we cook with intention: seasonal ingredients, European comfort, prairie generosity, and the stillness of the forest just outside the window.

Guests gather in the Barn Chalet or privately in the dome, warming up with cocktails, wine, or steaming mugs of something comforting while the kitchen finishes what it started hours before. Aromas fill the barn, the lighting softens, and time slows down. It’s welcoming, unhurried, and deeply human — the way meals were always meant to be.

Each Season Defines the Dining Experience at 350 Farms

In spring, summer, and well into fall, our meals spill outdoors onto the patio where long tables, warm evenings, and shared plates make it easy for guests to swap stories about life, travel, work, and whatever the day held on the farm. These months are our most communal — everyone eats together, families linger, and conversations stretch as naturally as the daylight. When winter settles in, we transition to a more private model that honours the season: chef-prepared meals are delivered directly to the dome or served fireside in the Barn Chalet, creating space for rest, reflection, and the feeling of being completely cared for. Kid-friendly options are always available, and we thoughtfully accommodate dietary needs so everyone at the table feels welcome and well-fed.

 The Cuisine

Our cooking is rooted in the places that shaped us—Belgium, Mexico, and the French Alps—and grounded in what grows here in Alberta. Expect slow-braised meats, mountain comfort dishes, fresh breads, seasonal vegetables, and sauces that take just a little longer than you’d make at home. We work with neighbouring farms, local producers, and trusted butchers to create plates that feel nourishing, nostalgic, and quietly memorable. Menus shift with the season and the weather; it’s part of what makes eating here feel alive.

 Wine & Drinks

Our beverage program balances local craft beers and distillery partners with a curated wine selection inspired by our European roots. We don’t believe in rushing the drink menu—pairings evolve, bottles rotate, and coffee is made the way we’d serve it to family. Sommelier certification is underway, so expect our wine offerings to deepen and seasonally guided tastings to become a bigger part of life at 350 Farms. Whether you’re raising a glass around the long table or sipping something warm in the dome after a sauna session, we’ll help you find what fits the moment.
