So much of eating happens before the first bite: we read, we picture the plate, we decide what we think before we've even tasted. On September 4th, we're inviting you to set all of that aside.
Inside our iconic white barn — an intimate chef's table, an open kitchen, and just 30 seats. You'll taste, smell, and feel your way through the meal, meeting each course with your senses first.
Then, at the very end of the night, guest chef Chris Spear of ROOTS Eatery steps out and presents every dish — an intimate look back at everything you just experienced.
